Once access to a digital course, learning portal, downloadable material, or online session has been provided, the purchase cannot be returned.
2. Refund Eligibility

4. Course Cancellation by the Institute
If Sūtrabōdha Institute cancels a course or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, enrolled participants may be offered one of the following:
- A full refund.
- Transfer to another batch.
- Credit toward a future course.
The choice of remedy will be communicated to affected participants.
5. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.
- Processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
- Any transaction fees charged by banks or payment gateways may be deducted where permitted by law.
6. Physical Study Materials (If Applicable)
If a course includes printed books or study materials, returns may be accepted only if:
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The item arrived damaged.
- The item was defective upon delivery.
Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the shipment and should include photographs of the damaged or incorrect item.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
